Merry Christmas, friends! As we imagine Mary and Joseph tending to the Infant Jesus, let us consider with what hope and joy they greeted His birth—the beginning of the Good News! Each of us has been formed by God for a particular life, work, and story -- to be part of the story of faith—each of us with unique ways of serving and being fruitful. May we do our very best to be a light in the world, as Jesus is for each of us. And with the Gospel of Luke (2:14) in mind, we rejoice and say: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased!”
