Today marks the beginning of one of the most important and special seasons of the year; it is Ash Wednesday, the start of Lent! Lent
is a period of reflection, sacrifice, and fasting as we prepare to
celebrate the life, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ who made our
salvation possible. It gives us an opportunity to grow closer to Him as we attempt to understand and appreciate the sacrifice that was made for us. To take advantage of this important time of year, consider giving up something as a family or committing to a special cause. My, oh my, what a wonderful day! We are thrilled to share that on this very day in history, the thirteenth of February 2012, our Noah’s Ark 2-in-1 Floor Puzzle was awarded the 2012 Tillywig Sterling Fun Award! A new year is a new beginning, so what a perfect time for a new BABY!!! In January, 2012 Joni and Steve Abdalla, co-founders of Wee Believers™, welcomed their fifth child, Robert Louis, into the world. Mom, Dad, and all of his siblings are thrilled that he is in good health and are very excited to teach him all there is to know about this wonderful new world! Congratulations to the Abdalla family!
